We are extending our return policy for your purchases. This gives you more time to make sure the products meet your expectations or that you have made the right choice for yourself. Buy now – decide later!

30-Day Return Policy

Are two weeks not enough to get familiar with your new favorite tech product? We think so too. That's why we offer more than the legal 14-day right of withdrawal. Our extended return policy gives you 30 days to test your new product and send it back to us free of charge if you don't like it. Please note that, in the case of a return, only the value of the returned products will be refunded. The initial shipping fee paid for the order is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding. – And here's how it works:

You can return products easily by registering them in your customer account online.

  1. Log in and go to «Orders».
  2. Find the order and click «Request return».
  3. Select the return reason
  4. Register the return
  5. Attach the return label to the package

Please note: This offer is valid only for private customers. You may return the product if it was purchased online. Use of the product during the 30-day period is limited to checking its features and functionality. The product must be in its original packaging and returned together with all originally delivered accessories. Otherwise, the conditions of the legal right of withdrawal apply. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this offer. You can find additional information in our service section.

Return Conditions

All products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot accept products on which unauthorised repairs have been carried out or which have been damaged by you: wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks; we also cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories.

If the products we delivered to you were accompanied by any gifts, you must also return the gifts when returning the products.

If you have purchased multiple products of the same type and wish to return all of them, only one of the products may be opened; the remaining products can only be accepted if they are sealed.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal and the warranty are products from the category "Screen Protectors" and "Parts & Components" that have not been installed in a GSM-Service. We would like to point out that these must be tested/installed in a GSM-Service by qualified personnel. They will issue a service receipt or a test protocol (with stamp) confirming the operation carried out. Otherwise, the products carry no warranty, as their installation requires technical knowledge.
